Mario handled the situation very professionally and made a genuine effort to resolve the issue. Although the problem wasn’t ultimately fixed, he did everything he could to help and was clearly committed to finding a solution. I was a bit frustrated at times when I couldn’t reach him by phone, but I understand he was busy and short-staffed. Overall, I appreciate his effort, honesty, and professionalism throughout the process.

Mario is an absolute gentleman, my experience with Mario and his team from start to finish was amazing. We had an urgent issue at my 83 year old mother’s home with a serious blockage, Mario had the problem sorted and fixed without any issues and was a gentlemen to deal with. Keep up the amazing work 👌
