I can’t recommend Mario and Optiflow highly enough. I needed an emergency job done on my blocked drains and Mario organised to be here within 2 hours. He went above and beyond to clear all the drain pipes and have us up and running very quickly. Polite and helpful customer service that was second to none.

The quality of work I’ve seen from the blokes at Optiflow is unmatched! They are phenomenal guys who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers!

I had a strange leaking noise in one of the rooms whenever I turned on the kitchen mixer tap. The team from Optiflow came out, checked everything, and assured me there was no actual leakage, though they suspected it might be loose clips.

Later, Mario personally gave me a call and offered to come back to take another look, just to get to the bottom of it. He came the very next day, did a thorough investigation, and confirmed it was indeed due to loose clips.

Mario was fantastic—very knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely curious to solve the issue. You won’t often come across someone like him who works out of passion and not just for the money. You can ask him as many questions as you like, and he’ll happily explain everything in detail.
