Although the problem wasn’t ultimately fixed, he did everything he could to help and was clearly committed to finding a solution. I was a bit frustrated at times when I couldn’t reach him by phone, but I understand he was busy and short-staffed. Overall, I appreciate his effort, honesty, and professionalism throughout the process.

Mario is an absolute gentleman, my experience with Mario and his team from start to finish was amazing.
